Unisfa,

How's it going? I am well. Sorry about all those emails earlier in the year, there were rather alot of them. Now I have compressed 10 emails into 1 or something. also i fail at livejournal so i've just put this on now so you can know today instead of yesterday of the OGM if you didn't know already =O

Full message:

OGM today, we need you to come and vote for a new OCM (that's ordinary committee member!) we need 20 people to make quorum and we failed last time because it was too early in the day and you were all asleep =O in your lectures or at home.
The OGM is at 1pm - We are aware this is at the same time as Unigames (discovered this today!) So come to the Guild meeting room, and we'll have one meeting and then the other. Neither has too much to do, so it won't take long. There'll be a sign on the unisfa door to remind you!

Book club - also tomorrow, at 7pm in the clubroom! The book is The Onion Girl by Charles De Lint. Lots of controversy over whether this book is good or terrible! Most people seem to think terrible, though I kinda like it. If you want to get in on book club join the book club mailing list http://lists.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au/mailman/listinfo/unisfa-bookclub , and get information on upcoming meetings. The next meeting will be on China Meville's Novel 'The City and the City' in a bit under a month (normally it'll be one month).

Screenings: Run almost every week! Watch good and or bad sci fi movies with some, mostly older, club members. 7pm. Currently on Wednesday, may soon be moving to a different day! (thursday most likely I think, email me if you have an opinion)

Related Club Events: PAniC (Perth Anime Convention) is having their Ball on (or around) 18 or 19th September. It's $90 per head, black tie three course dinner all ages at the yacht club. Email events@panic-wa.org for more details

Other upcoming unisfa things to look out for (that I know about): Hobbit's Picnic, Cameron Hall Charity Vigil, 2nd Semester Wine and Cheese Night, UniSFA Bake Sale, More fun times entering info for books into the library,

Hopefully I haven't forgotten anything!
